Get your appraisal reports e-mailed directly to you!

Fannie Mae & FHA now accept digitally signed appraisal reports, provided  the signature is protected. This enables us to provide a quicker turn around on assignments as we can e-mail them directly to you in a pdf format. You can then print as many copies as you need. How many times have you had a customer ask for an extra copy of a report, and you have to order one from home office or pull the file and make copies?  Now all you have to do is print another. You can also forward the report to out of town underwriters if necessary.

You don't have to buy any software!

If you have internet access, you should not have to buy any additional software. Most modern computers come with a program called Adobe Acrobat Reader. This programs interprets .pdf files so you can actually see the appraisal report on your screen. From the invoice, to photos, sketches, maps, etc., and you can print selected pages or the whole report. If your computer did not come with this program, it is available free on the internet.
